Petit Chablis - Bouchard P&F - France
Pale straw colour, hint of green apple, pear and  citrus. Hints of almond on the nose with a dry crisp clean finish. Beautifully accompanied with all shellfish and seafood.
 
Gewurztraminer Riesling - Pillitteri - Ontario **
Not quite a dry wine, Gewurztraminer is a pleasant afternoon glass by itself and has enough weight and length to match well with steak or seafood.
 
Chardonnay - Jacob's Creek - Australia **
Exhibits typical Adelaide hills region characteristics of white peach, nectarine, and lemon zest with hints of toasted cashew and a creamy mouth feel. Full bodied.
 
Pinot Grigio - Santa Margherita -Italy **
This Italian white is light and fruity with citrus aromas. Accompanies cheese and pasta well.
 
Sauvignon Blanc Mondavi Coastal - California **
A crisp and dry, refreshing white wine that displays vibrant fruit and floral hues.
